

To unlock the Plaza battle arena you must accumulate a score of 250 points in battle mode. To unlock the Downtown battle arena you must accumulate a score of 100 points in battle mode. Now look for your track and it'll tell you how many points you have. To view you points, got to the main menu and select "Records".
